Social and Educational Principles of Personnel Training in the Fitness Industry

As Fitness Industry is developing rapidly in Russia, advanced requirements are posed towards personnel training. The analysis of the situation and advanced personnel training programs demonstrates that the cur-rent programs used for the Fitness Instructors training do not have any scientific basis.
