Experience of Innovative System of Pupils Training and Education

The tasks of improvement of education quality, its fundamental nature, efficiency, availability and openness defined by the Federal Law about Education the Conception of Modernization of Education of Russian Federation are effectively realized in the Dynamic Innovative System of Pupils Training and Education of N.A. Alekseeva. The innovative system of pupils training and education of N.A. Alekseeva includes the following necessary elements: high motivation of pupils training, training process, the content of teachers training, parents’ help, organizational forms of pupils education, final results and continuous communication with the graduates. New approach, integrity and reasonableness of the educational technique leads to harmonious interaction of all elements of the scientific innovative system of pupils training and education. Modernization, education continuity and increase of children and youth mobility are to become a pledge of development and preservation of the unity of educational space.
