Publication Order
1. Articles or manuscripts devoted to researches according to the main directions of the journal are accepted.
2. The editorial office keeps a list of submitted articles and gives to the author a reference of adoption of the article for a review.
3. In case of noncompliance with requirements of article for publication a motivated refusal is sent to the author.
4. All submitted articles are reviewed. The opinions are kept in the archive of the editorial office within 5 years and if necessary are sent to VAK of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
5. After decision of the editorial board to publish the article the author signs a license agreement on the right to use the scientific work in the Science and education journal in which all conditions of the publication are described.
6. Articles received a negative decision are not published and are forwarded back.
7. The editorial board reserves the right to make editorial changes which do not distort the contents of the article.
8. The publishing editor (responsible for a release) submits to the editorial board a draft of the journal contents for approval.
9. A decision about publication is made within two weeks from the date of obtaining an article. Term of publication of the article does not exceed 6 months.
10. Issues of the journal are provided to the authors on a grant basis according to their number.
